After some work was done in my home, a greasy spot ended up on the carpet. The crew was very sorry and said they would make it right. I honestly thought the carpet would need patching or replacement because the stain looked severe, but then maxwell arrived. i can’t say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service. i’m very picky about cleaning, especially when it comes to carpets, rugs, upholstery, and overall deep cleaning, and they really understood exactly what i needed. When i called to schedule, howard listened carefully while i explained that i wanted a very detailed deep clean, including baseboards, walls, fabric furniture, and high-traffic carpet areas. They were easy to talk to and made sure every request was noted. What impressed me most is how many services ... read more
