I had a fantastic experience! I was scheduling a carpet cleaning for my very particular mother-in-law (she's a great lady, but she certainly knows what she wants!). Maxwell was outstanding, thoroughly evaluating everything and explaining what he would do, how he would do it, and in what order, while also setting clear expectations for the cost. I needed to get my carpets cleaned for a visit from relatives, even though it was a rainy day. The team arrived right on schedule, and the technician was very polite. He pointed out some stains that might be a bit tough to remove, which I appreciated. I was surprised to see how much cleaner my carpets looked after the cleaning.
