Howard was professional and well-informed in his craft. He asked if I had any queries and provided satisfying answers. He arrived punctually and performed his job efficiently. I am delighted with the end result. I had my basement carpet cleaned and protected, and bathroom tile cleaned. Everything looks spotless! I'm a satisfied customer in Summerville.
They don't deserve one star. Had an appointment booked for a week, no one showed up, called 3 times and got a runaround, then received a brief call from "Mark" who didn't allow me to speak and was told the appointment shouldn't have been booked as it's "outside their service area" even though they're located 1 1/2 miles from my home. Then he hung up on me. Company is a joke, don't use them.
I hired Green Team Carpet Cleaning for my carpet cleaning needs. Christopher and Brent were professional, respectful, detailed, and considerate of my property in Summerville. They completed the task efficiently and the result was remarkable. I would definitely engage their services again for this or any other related tasks. They even provided before and after photos. The difference was tremendous.
Ryan from Green Team Carpet Cleaning was exceedingly professional, thorough, and efficient. We had him clean one of our aged carpets, along with a staircase, and three rooms which needed cleaning due to regular usage by our black lab. If you require similar services, I would highly recommend requesting for Ryan!
