The sushi was so rubbery and hard I could barely chew it. There are some mystery meat in the middle that was disgusting I couldn’t even do that either. It’s like these rolls were made for five days ago. I can’t even believe I eat it I should’ve returned it.. This is the worst sushi have had next to Walmart 🍣 sushi. My boss bought us lunch I would’ve returned it but I didn’t want to look router ungrateful to him but gross. If I fall in later I already know why I should not of ate that
Second try on delivery and it is now 2 hours and our food still haven’t arrived yet. I called 45 minutes ago to check on our order. The lady on the phone said the driver was on their way. So there will not be a third time.
Always good sushi and atmosphere
Today was the first time I ordered from green tea. I wasted my money. The eggrolls were grease soaked. The cream pawn shrimp with pecans was cold and the sauce, that was in a dish, tasted like and looked like mayonnaise. The sesame chicken was sweet, really sweet. We will not be returning to this restaurant
Poor customer service. Waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered to find out they just left it sitting on our porch and did not ring our doorbell or knock. They were closed when I called to talk to the manager. When I talked to him the next day he said that they could not honor a remake or discount without the original food and that I should have put it in the fridge for the next business day. They have lost my business for good. Poor customer service. We have supported this business for years. NO MORE!!
Food is great but the service is terrible. They have one good waitress and the rest is slow as snails. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my drink and food order. I was tired of waiting so I just left and went somewhere else. Not my lose they will keep losing customers and someone else with good service will win
Food was great, Staff efficient and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant
