WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! – Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Both times I've ordered pick up it has been wrong and they refuse to correct. They yell at customers and are the most unbelievably rude business owners I have ever come across. Apparently many other people feel this way and refuse to give them their business. Absolute Crap!! – Visited this restaurant after not going in for a while. My boyfriend and I sat down at the sushi bar for the fact that it was quiet and we had planned to have sushi. We received a sushi menu and drinks. Once we decided we didn't want sushi, we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come check on us and bring an actual menu. awful service, rude, high prices – This is the first time I've ever had reason to write a bad review. My experience at this place left me so angry I need to express this just to help me get it out of my system! When we entered there was no one there to greet us. (I should have taken that as a sign of what was to come.) I prefer to sit at the sushi bar. When I asked for a menu, I was told the sushi menus are at the sushi bar. love their food!!!!!! – I just moved into this area about 2months ago, and i tried their food right when I came AND ITS AWESOME!! loved their sushi! oh, the curry was pretty interesting too. The service was GREAT! she was so nice to my family. could not forget her name, Jennie. my kids, my husband and I go there about once a week now

Horrible service dine in or delivery – We have been using Green Tea delivery for years and loved it. Over The last couple of months service has been absolutely horrible. Sushi is marginal at best and customer service answering the phone is pathetic . My 6 year old daughter could take an order better. This was our #1 sushi delivery place. No More!!!

Horrible Customer Service – NEVER BOYCOTTED A RESTAURANT BEFORE, BUT NOW I HAVE TO!!! THE OWNER WAS JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE!! Awesome sushi – We are regulars at Green Tea. They have the best Thai food and sushi around. The sushi chef is great. He will fix us a special new roll everytime we go. You have to try this place.
