Shout out to the maintenance angel...Scott. Although I live Riviera on Semmes in Richmond, my granddaughter and great great grandsons live Green Street Apts. Scott has made sure my family is comfortable and secure. He's always on time, professional and respectful. We just moved her to her third apartment within Legend Property due to her growing family and Scott has made sure that my family's apartment is what Legend Property Group stand by. So to Scott and Legend Property, you're truly a blessing.

The Best Place I Have Ever Lived. Any Problem I Have Ever Had The Team Is On It. No Bug Problem No Theft , No Noisy Neighbors. Only Reason I’m Moving Is Because Of My Growing Family. I Love Ms Sheila, Tiffany & The Whole Maintenance Crew.
Throughout living here I’ve never had a problem that wasn’t taken care of swiftly. Tiffany has been a tremendous help! She makes you feel like she doesn’t do it solely for a check but has your best interest at heart. Thank you!
