Dr. Petrosino is amazing. He is kind, patient-forward, and provides trauma-informed care. His bedside manner is wonderful. Plus he helps to brainstorm best strategies to keep medication prescriptions at a low cost! The practice is upfront about pricing and has reasonable follow up. I never feel like I am being used for medical billing, but rather am treated as a person.
The provider I was seeing is great. The billing-office-provider-service they used tried to bill me ~$800 for what should have been four $20 copays. They were nearly impossible to get in contact with while resolving this, and it took several months and my insurance company having someone call them to remind them that they had agreed to be in-network for that to be fixed. My psychiatrist Leah was late to one of my appointments and didn’t apologize or say anything. The next month something came up on the day of my appointment and I reached out and told her as soon as I knew there would be a conflict in scheduling, which in all fairness was only hours before. However, I got no response at all, not at the time of when the appointment wouldve been nor to my message that I wasn’t going to make it. I can’t say enough good about this practice. Flexible on in person or tele health, close to home, and doctors that know their stuff. I owe a lot of my own personal success to the success I’ve achieved while working in conjunction with this practice
