This company installed our solar panels in January 2023. I have waited months to give a complete review and at this point, am considering legal action. Our sales rep, Derek, failed to submit claims that the installers caused roof damage ( less than 1 year old newly replaced roof) he told us he submitted a claim and someone would fix, but he had lied. Do not use this company the hire other companies to do work for them. Then they don't pay them for services rendered. You also can't get anyone on the phone EVER. Off your response I just did call again . No answer again shocker. I left another. message. The Holmdel police department talked to Chris Fegan. He told them he would pay the bill. The invoice is still not paid. The worst thing is they billed there customer he paid them and they kept the money and didn't pay us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE WONT EVEN RESPOND TO US.

Horrible company. Screw up after screw up. No customer service. They ignore phone calls and emails. It has cost me $1100 in electric bills. They said they would reimburse me but now just ignore my calls. I have been trying to get the system up and running for 5 months and it still isn’t on. Everything seemed wonderful at first. We were told that once we signed the agreement we would be up and running in two to three months, and if there were any delays they would cover the solar finance expense until it was finished. We signed the agreement in August and the panels were installed September 5th. Within a week we received a letter saying we were now obligated to pay whether the system was operational or not. World class company. Nothing but honest and knowledgeable of every aspect of solar. What they said i needed to get my home covered at 95% percent actually coved me to 100%. The employees are respectful and clean up like my house was theres. This company works for you. I recommend this company to everyone who asks who did my solar.
