I scheduled a call in Sumter to have a bathroom drain line flushed out. I paid a service fee of $89 for a technician to stand in my bathroom and tell me that it would be $1300 to flush a drain when local companies only charge $150! I can now see why they don’t give quotes on the phone or online! Joey was polite and sympathetic and the only reason I’m giving 1 star!

Worst experience ever. We had what ended up being a leak coming from our fridge line that was spurting up the wall inside the cabinet. When the plumber got here he did not want to listen to my husband about what was going on and kept being adamant that it was a roof leak (because he had noticed we were also dealing with that at the same time). Green Star Plumbing Company in Columbia is a great local plumbing company. They came out to fix a dripping faucet and ended up catching a bigger problem with our water pressure.
