One of the worst mechanics I’ve ever been to. An absolute cowboy. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here!
DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible experience. After a major service i got the car back with no coolant, no oil and a barely working handbrake. They charged $800 for nearly destroying my beloved car.
Definately not going back again.they will ripe you off for all your car parts. Will add some un necessary cost . Rude staff and they have no good way of dealing with customer. They $100 gift voucher are just to attract you there and get u ripped off. I fixed my car with next workshop and saved lots of money and it is running smoothly. Throw your $100 membership card go bin nd go to any other mechanic and save ur money.
The "word of mouth" club is a complete waste of money. They don't answer the phone & they tell constant lies. I regret having to post this but i also don't want anyone else to go through the same issues.
