Their shrimp sausage and grits are amazing. Their black/blueberry cobbler is to die for

Quaint bistro with excellent food & service! We dined with a tired 5 year old, and the staff entertained her with books & coloring. Love the atmosphere of Safety Harbor and Green Springs Bistro made our trip extra special!
