Probably the best GF bread we've had outside Italy. A truly dedicated GF facility, with care and thought put into every dish. I always eat plant based, but my Celiac partner doesn't, and finding somewhere that has GF food and doesn't make you miss the animal products is a win-win. Plus, friendly, welcoming service and lots of tasty variety for both sweet and savory. We'll definitely be back next time we're anywhere nearby!

The owners Blake and Nicole are gifts to this community. You can feel the love that is put into every dish and drink they create. A visit to the spork not only nourishes my body, but my heart and soul also. Grateful for this business and the owners who create such a beautiful container filled with love.
