I got a $140 3m X 3m unit! With the price locked in. I haven't seen anyone from the storage business at all, everything was done by email & a phone call to get a temp code for first day & then a custom code was setup for me. Security cameras everywhere covering every corridor. You need your own pad lock & trolley for transport. There is a elevator (1500kg) for items only, you can't ride it as there are no controls inside. Peter at Green Space was so incredibly helpful to me with storing the contents of my home. Absolutely ridiculous... my housemate and I trusted to use Green Storage Space to take of our stuff for a couple months, only to find out that when we came back half our stuff was stolen. When we confronted them about it, they told us they were sorry but it wasn't their responsibility to keep it safe, but if it's not theirs, then who's is it? Really not happy with this outcome...
