Absolutely ridiculous... my housemate and I trusted to use Green Storage Space to take of our stuff for a couple months, only to find out that when we came back half our stuff was stolen. When we confronted them about it, they told us they were sorry but it wasn't their responsibility to keep it safe, but if it's not theirs, then who's is it? Really not happy with this outcome...
$10,000 worth of items stolen from my unit. The thief simply unscrewed the bracket and bypassed the lock - it was disturbingly easy to access. When I returned a couple of months later, I found that my access code no longer worked, and staff told me my unit was listed as vacant and my account had been deleted from their system.
