I do dislike writing bad reviews and I rarely do so. To start is from the first phone call and no one picked up my call. So I sent an email. Someone did respond to me. I was surprised that the could fit me in the sameday which is why they get a star. When you first walk in the shop it doesn't have a good feel and seems like it's very dated. I was greeted then was taken back and I asked for the Spa-3 and the sauna was on and I had to see if it was on. Judy and her team are amazing. They were able to accommodate me and a friend at the last minute. Very cool space and both massages were A+ Can't say enough. Will be back.
