I think perhaps this isn't for everyone. They guide you to remember and recount every negative experience from childhood, but then just end the day, with no real closure. It was very overwhelming and left me feeling depleted. Its also worth knowing that they dont allow cell-phone access, even for emergency calls. Its not very accommodating of parents who need to be available to their children. Participating in this program was a necessity for me to break free from the bonds of trauma, loss, and moreso the grief I have carried since childhood.
