So happy with my new kitchen! Kirk came to my house to give me an estimate for the kitchen, he was very helpful with the different ideas for the new layout of the kitchen. DONT HIRE!!! They start out like a great GC but it snowballs into no PM presence and shotty work. I think this is a scam or shell company because they have not tried to fix the flooring that they installed and now at just 6 mos after being installed look at my brand new floors. Their site is no longer up and their business license was not renewed. My home was built in the 1950s and had a bathroom that was never remodeled. I wanted it to be completely gutted and redone and I knew it would be a major undertaking. Several neighbors recommended GSC so I went to visit their showroom. I met with Kirk and he drew up preliminary plans for a brand new bathroom. These guys weren't the cheapest quote but that was ok with me. I know from past experience that when it comes to construction it's best not too look for bargains. They talk a good story but work was shoddy, electrical very poorly done, plumbing, tried to bend copper pipe to make it fit, took a whole year, hired workmen from Home Depot parking lot, moved a window and didn’t waterproof the outside so it leaked that first rain. Said they’d fix it then never heard from them again. No attention to detail. They did whatever they could to just get the job done. Tiling was ok only.
I hired green sequoia to remodel my closet. Idan came to my house, he's very knowledgeable, took his time to talk to me, explain the options within my budget. The work was done on time and I am very satisfied with the final results. Idan and his crew were polite and respectful.
