If you want to be bullied, ignored, discriminated against and treated like you work for the assoc. instead of them working for you, then this is the area for you. And you get to pay for the vile treatment by those who hold only temporary power.
These boards are so controlling that they need to be disassembled. They do not care about the neighborhood or the people.
They at best a poorly run association having problems on my property with something that did not come up until I ready to sell my property. Now they will not talk went to a lawyer they talked to GRHA lawyer now they’re mad and yes they are trying to bully people. By the way it’s a fence that was up before I brought the house and now 36 years later
Horrible situation going on between myself and the office
Yesterday at the office Dave with the tattoos gave me a very bad attitude over home repairs. He wouldn't give my mother any extentions only March 30th. So I took her up there and said a extention or lawsuit. Told him wasn't fair doing inspections two weeks after Christmas and still winter.
