Can't get them on the phone, they say they do a P.M. but they don't and you double check and find white mold in the unit when they should have found it and reported it, they argue with you when you tell them to focus on a part in the AC unit and go completely off track recommending unnecessary work and they charge an arm and a leg to do nothing. I'm frustrated and considering finding new contractors for my AC and Dry wall repairs if they don't get it together.
The driver of this vehicle drives at one speed in the far left passing lane blocking other drivers. Then gets upset and tailgates them when people have to go around them. The left lane is for passing, not for cruising. Instruct your drivers to stay out of the left lane. No wonder this company has so many bad reviews.

After years of rotting walls from window units, I installed central air and updated my gas furnace. Green Run the most affordable of the 4 companies I called with no hustles or unnecessary upselling. My house is as cool as I would like and the humidity in the house is MUCH lower. I appreciate their service very much. It was well worth it.
