Hired them and they came and installed an AC unit for us, great! Fast forward two years and they came back out for what ended up being coil issues and they had to inspect our entire HVAC system to finally figure the coils were the issue, they recommended changing our heating system too but financially it wasn't in the cards for us at that time. Tim A is amazing! His customer service is the best. He must be so happy with his job. He is always happy and smiling! Green Run always shows up and does the job right!
Update - They don’t answer the phone. I’ve called their main number and backup number and they don’t answer. Green Run has been to my home at least 6 times and my hvac still doesn’t work properly. They installed my unit and the builder requires me to work with them.
