Update - They don’t answer the phone. I’ve called their main number and backup number and they don’t answer. Green Run has been to my home at least 6 times and my hvac still doesn’t work properly. They installed my unit and the builder requires me to work with them.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Samantha. If you are not allowed to speak to the person calling you because you can only speak with the company you are contracted with. Just say that. Don’t hang up on the person and refuse to answer their phone calls. You never know when I’m going to need an HVAC company for my house that I own and great customer service starts on the phone with who I’m talking to.
