DO NOT GIVE THIS MERCHANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE! I ordered flowers 1/8/2013 and my account was charged on 1/9. On 1/17 this merchant posted TWO DUPLICATE transactions AGAIN for that same order. They use Paypal to process payments and Paypal refused to consider this as unauthorized use of my card since the merchant input my numbers.
