Don't waste your time like i did.
Lacks communication, very unprofessional. Never received response from application. They don’t know how to answer phone calls or emails.
They give you a unit in the same condition that it is left from past tenants. You can call the office all day and nobody picks up the phone. Poor ground keeping with graffiti on buildings that they do not care to remove. Office staff is very unprofessional. I paid pet deposit and they told me my money order was stolen by the lease agent they just fired who was handling my move in and wanted me to track the money order like it was my responsibility. Horrible experience
Absolutely the worstproperty experience. I applied on 2/5 I called almost everyday, left voicemails, emailed and NEVER received any update on my application. on 2/16 I finally had to drive to the office since nobodyknows how to answer calls, emails or provide any status to an application. Of course, I was told my applicationhad not even been viewed and that i would receive a call within AN HOUR. Did this happened? NOPE.
