Lacks communication, very unprofessional. Never received response from application. They don’t know how to answer phone calls or emails.
Absolutely the worstproperty experience. I applied on 2/5 I called almost everyday, left voicemails, emailed and NEVER received any update on my application. on 2/16 I finally had to drive to the office since nobodyknows how to answer calls, emails or provide any status to an application. Of course, I was told my applicationhad not even been viewed and that i would receive a call within AN HOUR. Did this happened? NOPE. Getting very run down.
whatever you do.. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
The staff here including the property manager are the worst. They never answer the phone. One day I went to the office and found one of the staff members on her phone with doors locked and lights out and had the nastiest attitude when I kept knocking on the window. Again property manager does not care when this was brought to her attention. My ceiling is cracking and they still haven’t returned to fix the hole in one of the tubs that is causing water leaks.
