The staff here including the property manager are the worst. They never answer the phone. One day I went to the office and found one of the staff members on her phone with doors locked and lights out and had the nastiest attitude when I kept knocking on the window. Again property manager does not care when this was brought to her attention. My ceiling is cracking and they still haven’t returned to fix the hole in one of the tubs that is causing water leaks. They charge a maintenance fee for the pool, which was opened once. They charge a maintenance fee for the laundry room, which is completely broken. They charge a valet fee but never pick up the trash. They rented me an apartment that was completely filthy with dog hair, insect remains, and mold. The air conditioning inlet was completely dirty from the previous tenant. Self-centered employees, they don't give any useful information. They don't solve our problems, they simply ignore us. I've been living here for 3 months and they've been the worst 3 months of my life. The bathroom leaks every day. Cockroaches, insects. Dirty common areas. Broken laundry rooms and a gym that only works for a few hours. Employees don't answer phone calls or emails. This place SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I wouldn't recommend it to the worst person in the world.
