We would give them ZERO stars if we could. This company rented a home in Fleming Island that had massive mold coming from the HVAC unit. They then proceeded to blame the Homeowner. We found out later that they blamed us to the Homeowner. This is a company that will never take responsibility and plays pass the buck while they take monies from everyone involved. Their team reached out to us after some early conversations and pro actively wanted to take on managing the unit. We had made them aware of the tenants issues and problems he was causing us and they reassured us they would be able to manage him going forward.
