Well.. I'd like to give a review on the ACTUAL facilities but I couldn't even rent from them. They are NEVER there. I was told to meet them between 10am - 2pm for payment and lease set up. They didn't even bother to show up and wouldn't answer any calls or respond back to a voicemail... pretty unprofessional.. I am literally trying to give you my money and you can't have the courtesy of showing up to your own business? It says right on the door OPEN MON-FRI 9-5... Just WOW. Price was fair. Wish the gates were on remote or code activated instead of manual. Otherwise no issues..
I contacted this place over a week ago for outdoor storage space rental. The lady I spoke with said she would email me the information and lease agreement by Wednesday of last week, and did not. I have tried 2 follow-up calls since without receiving a response. This is not the first time I received such poor service. That's fine, but don't say you'll do something and not do it. Also, property says there are 24/7 video surveillance for storage and I couldn't find 1 security camera. I doubt their "surveillance" system is monit... read more
