Absolutely great food and atmosphere! Service is usually excellent this time pur regular wonderful server was off or no longer there. She is the most friendly with a laugh that makes you feel at home. We sure hope she was just off. The food and her excellent service keep us coming back!
Outstanding BBQ, friendly service, outside eating area was great a lot of shade, and some outstanding live music. Wide variety of food to select from only problem is you have to get there early because they are always full of patrons
I've been eating at GRB since the late 1970's and it is still a treat every time I get a chance to visit. The menu has changed over the years and some of my old favorites have been replaced by new ones. The staff is always friendly and eager to serve. The food is always something to talk positively about on social media (to make your friends jealous). You won't be disappointed.
I've been coming here since I was a kid. I now live in Colorado, and every time I'm back in North Carolina visiting family and friends this place is a MUST on the list of places I have to go.
Chopped pork plate with side of garlic bread. All 3 sauces!! Yum!! Everything is excellent. Love, love this place!! We go regularly, 1 hr. Drive. Its that good!!
BBQ was cold. Tea was sweet service was good corn on the cob was good. But BBQ was cold and serve on a cold metal plate.
Food was DELICIOUS! Service with a smile! Loved outdoor seating and pet friendly. Will definitely be eating there again!! Try the smoked trout tacos yum!!!! Never expected this type of food here...fabulous!!
A must try for bbq lovers. Get yourselves to Saluda.
We came up from Florida to go to the Tryon Horse Park and wanted to do a little hiking while up here. We found this BBQ place and we could not believe how awesome it was. We tried a bunch of different things to eat and all of it was super delicious. The smoked trout tacos were something you would expect at a trendy restaurant not a far flung BBQ place. To top it off they had a great band playing and very dog friendly. Such a gem of a find!
