Well worth the trip. Good service and great food will be defiantly coming back with the family
We have eaten here several times over the years. Let me say you all are way understaffed for Labor Day! The fried food all tasted burnt, cold food. we had to get our own silverware, & no refills on our drinks. And then you charge over $3 for pickles! Ridiculous. We won't be back. When asked about the burnt taste you wait staff said you all were so busy during the week you didn't get to change it. Umm isn't that part of regular servicing of your equipment!? I vacation every Labor Day weekend in Lake Lure, NC... last year, we decided to hunt down some good BBQ and ended up at Green River BBQ, and it was excellent. I knew this year that we would have to make a trip back to Saluda just for some more tasty BBQ, and it did not disappoint. Excellent food and great service. Hands down my favorite BBQ restaurant.
Food and service was excellent! Hope to return again soon.
