Nurse Practitioner Runsewe is unprofessional, rude, and lacks compassion. She is not even a certified doctor and wishes for the clients to refer her as "Dr. Runsewe." She has forgotten to send my medications to the pharmacy on multiple occasions, as well as "scheduling me for next month" but then does not actually follow through with this. I am on two medications and for the past 2 months, she has only sent ONE medication to the pharmacy. I agree with what others have said about good clinicians (Bethel Asres, NP is great) but very unhelpful front desk/billing staff. A real challenge to get through by phone.
This is by far the worst mental health facility I have ever visited. The receptionist is impossible to get ahold of, they have no idea what you owe for a co-pay and just randomly ask you to pay SOMETHING then send you a bill OVER A YEAR LATER for hundreds of dollars. This is a mental health facility, they cause more anxiety and stress than they help relieve. Avoid. This. Place.
The doctor’s are wonderful! I’ve enjoyed every visit and have had an amazing experience with the doctors, however the receptionists could be better. Have had awful experiences with the front desk both in person and over the phone. They are very unpleasant about helping when it comes to scheduling appointments.
