Not recommendation! I have booked this Thursday 4pm,and confirmed yes by message, but when I go to Dandenong South clinical, no doctor in there, I called their service, just told me transfer to CapitalRadiology. Waste my time. So disappointed.
Failed to meet my appointment. Closed early, but didn’t call any patients to let us know that we’d have to reschedule??! I drove for ~40 minutes to an appointment that I had confirmed over the phone earlier this same day, only to find the place closed. Got on live chat and got nonsense answers and then ignored when I asked for help. Pathetic. Then, the bitter owner accuses me of harassment and aggression in a reply to this review? IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience here, I just had to. Upon entering, I could see that the reception (if you'd call it that), was very messy and unorganised. Waited for a little bit, before the sonographer called my name to go in. To my horror, he was so rude and unprofessional! It can feel very vulnerable going to getting scans done, and this sonographer was by far, the worst I have ever experienced in my life! Both the Radiologist and Receptionist (spoke to her on the phone) are one of the nicest person I have meet Receptionist was very very helpful and Radiologist made sure I understood everything that was going around and why Highly recommend (I have always had worst experiences with the big name ones)
