We have evidence that we signed up for TWICE monthly lawncare service before hiring this company, yet they began to come only once a month while continuing to charge full price. Their own terms and conditions state that bi-weekly service is EVERY OTHER WEEK, and our paid invoices all say BI-WEEKLY service. When disputing this with them (because nowhere in their terms is once per month stated, or acceptable for a client who hired them for TWICE a month service), they stole our money and terminated our account. This company pulled a bait-and-switch and did not deliver the services that were paid for. When disputing this, they terminated my account with no resolution, and kept my money. They required prepayment for bi-weekly services that were supposed to be rendered every other week (in accordance with their own Terms & Conditions attached to every invoice) and then began showing up once a month as if justified.
