Green Property Management is my little family very first landlord. This place is a fair price for the size and the location of the apartment building. I always see the maintenance man around fixing things and making sure the outside of the property looks appealing. Christine emails me back asap with any concerns I have. Anytime we have family or friends over they ask me if there is an apartment for rent currently. It is a safe location and kollens park is around the corner plus Holland public schools near by can't beat that!
Green Property Mgmt. took over my apartment complex roughly a year ago, and they have been far quicker to respond to maintenance requests and other concerns that the previous property owner. The manager for this address, Christine, emails back nine times out of ten, and usually within an hour or so, even when she's out of the office. The complex itself is older but fairly well maintained.
