Checked all my sprinklers and repaired a known leak. The sprinklers were never adjusted or checked for coverage. The tech didn't even manage to replace the dirt to the hole where the leak was. Very disappointed.
Business response:
This customer only wanted to have the leak fixed. She said her son would fill in the hole. We can't be held responsible for something her son was supposed to do.
Company contacted me right away. Estimate was reasonable. This was a job with assorted duties to complete. Work has been completed and I am very pleased. Work crews wanted to make sure each part of the job was completed and done the way I wanted job to be done. All the crews were professional and cleaned up after each job.
First day of nice weather for the year when job was completed. Appeared the equipment was not working properly. The lawn looks like it worked intermediately. The clean up of the dethatching, same issue. May have had a different experience had we not been the first client of the season. We did not receive a follow up call to see if service was completed to satisfaction.
Business response:
We don't clean up plugs from the aerating. We hand rake up all thatch and then mow after. Lawn looked great. Even the customer said "Lawn looks like it worked" If the customer does not call us with a concern we don't just call randomly and see how crew did. We assume that everything was great if we don't get a phone call. We service 5000 customers per month. That would be a laborious job to call everyone that we do service for.

The dead poplar in the back corner of my backyard had to come down; but it was very close to power and cable lines. Poplars can be dangerous, but the two man team had the expertise needed. My next door neighbor allowed for the drops to come down into their backyard since they had no obstacles to complicate things. We were amazed and very impressed with the accuracy of the drops.
