La atención siempre es buena
Went here & I greeted the receptionist with a hello, first thing she said was “do you have an appointment”. Absolutely no professionalism. Then proceeded to give me an attitude and point at a sign that says to call if you don’t have an appointment. I understand that but how would I know? The nurse who took my BP, didn’t say hi neither, just told me to take off my shoes. So unprofessional, lack of communication skills & unfriendly attitude.
I see a lot of reviews about the nurses. #1 they aren't nurses, they are medical assistants, and yes, they aren't great but if you just speak up and advocate for your children, you should be okay. Don't make nurses look bad. I been taking my son here for years. Hès almost 18. I love Dr.Mendez, he's a great Doctor and listens to the concerns, I have. Not going to lie, one of the MA's needs to retire, she tried to take my sons blood and missed the vein completely, I had to step in and take it myself lol but again! just advocat... read more
Well, I think this is nothing new to say. The front desk is a disgusting lady because she tells you "amor" doesn't mean she is nice. And the young one doesn't know what she is doing. I need a consult with the Dr over the phone, and first time she said they don't do it over there while the Dr. told me "Call or send a picture or email".
