If I could give zero stars I would . I moved here from the Bronx thinking I was upgrading. Let me tell you It has been a complete nightmare. I feel I completely downgraded and I'm living in squaler. It appeared to have been exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I moved in everything was bad. Roaches are impossible to get rid of no matter what I do. Roaches, mice and earthworm issues are there. I have a baby in my house and he puts things in his mouth. There is no hygiene in this condo. Exterminator comes and does nothing really and have to call the managment every week to schedule for exterminator visits. Poor managment
Dilapidated apartments with loads of roaches, paid swimming pool, no gym, no indoor common area for kids to play in the 8 months of winter season. Stay away.
I’ve been residing in the condos side on the Green Hollow Drive , while I appreciate the sense of community—especially with a vibrant Indian diaspora—I must admit that it’s not the optimal choice given the current prevailing rent in this community. couple of concerns are Pest Problems: The persistent presence of rodents and roaches has become a major nuisance.
