They helped us navigate a very difficult situation quickly and efficiently! We have had a horrible experience with this company so far. Made two appointments with them and they missed both appointments. The first time they didn’t show up, which this appointment was in coordination with a plumbing company and we had to pay the plumbing company for a site visit. Second time they didn’t show up at first, didn’t tell us they were not showing up, and when they showed up later every member that was here did not know what needed to be done. Green Planet did restoration for our salon after a fire in the breakroom. They cleaned everything top to bottom and worked after-hours so we didn’t lose business. Their flexibility and professionalism were above and beyond what we expected from a restoration company.
Avi came by and gave us a very thorough inspection. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Would definitely call them again for work in the future.
