One of those summer monsoon storms dumped more rain in an hour than we usually get in a month, and water came through our back door faster than our sandbags could handle. Green Planet Restoration of Antelope Valley showed up while the storm was still winding down, extracted the standing water from our living room and hallway, and got dehumidifiers running before the desert heat the next day could bake the moisture into the walls. They are genuinely professional.

We still run an old evaporative cooler on the roof, and a cracked line let water drip into the attic for what must have been weeks before we noticed the ceiling stain in the hallway. Green Planet Restoration of Antelope Valley got up into the attic, traced the moisture further than the visible stain suggested, and dried the insulation. They also flagged that our cooler line was due for replacement anyway, which probably saved us from doing this all over again next summer.
