Bad experience over priced and customer service doesn’t call back , they rude . I didn’t even get all my items there just lost this is the worst company to go to do NOT Go to this company!!!!!!! They don’t charge off of weight but space which is illegal . They will charge you 400 if they can’t fit an 18 wheeler at your house . Just to let y’all know I only had 400 lbs worth of stuff only one bedroom . I’m furious . And they will keep your stuff if you don’t pay al the amount they was also late by a week and a half .
Movers showed up 12 hours late and high, it took them 4+ hours to complete what should have been an hour job. Every box marked fragile was smashed. Two boxes with family memorabilia were missing. Both my Harleys were laying on their side with boxes piled on top. Bikes were dented, tail light smashed, grip, foot board, headlight damaged. Tape and strap marks ruined paint in several areas. Movers insurance offered $75 settlement.
Had a great moving experience with these guys, the Packers from CO, driver who delivered to PA, all awesome people. Pricing was adjusted accordingly so I did pay a little more. Did not have them move fragile items other than a TV which came in perfect shape. They may have done a little overestimate for cu. Ft but it was ballpark accurate. By far the worst move we have ever encountered (moved 10 times). Long story short, all of your items will be broken, no joke and they won't do anything about it. Stay far far away.
