We have previously had very good service from Green Planet Carpet Cleaning. I called them for grout cleaning in July, and it was a disaster. Green Planet subcontracted my cleaning to another person, a very abrasive New Yorker, who brought in an aggressive machine that not only did not clean but it also ripped out a lot of the grout in my floor. I was so disgusted at the experience. See attached photos. I would never call this company again.
Unprofessional business, Bryan Phillips laughed and mocked the death of a Army veteran that was going through a mental health crisis.
These guys have been my go-to for years. Great work at a fair price and easy to schedule.
