This place is unbelievable, they wont fix nothing you ask unless you bring it up to them for 2-3 times. Cockroaches are an issue, reported it several times it took 3 weeks before someone came and sprayed, and they think 1 spray will fix it. It was a continuos issue that never got resolved. They came to "Bomb" it but the bottle was never opened.(Useless) I let them know and they said they would send him again, the guy never showed up again. Do not move here, it is for your own good! – Unsafe, terrible managment. It is truely a "Welcome to the jungle" kind of place. My car get broken into, and the result was 2500.00 in damages, and when I reported the problem to the office thet told me to deal with it and that 3 other cars got broken into on the same night and that I should expect this kind of thing living in this place, THIS IS NOT A JOKE, THIS IS A TRUE STORY AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE IT THEN GO AHEAD AND TRY LIVING HERE. It started of great and ending up a mess – I lived at Green pines apt for seven years the first couple of years was great their the very first set of manage crew that was there was great. Then they started change management like crazy every six months it seem that we had a crew. And each one became uncaring about the property and the people that live their. PLEASE READ ME!!!!! – I urge you to take this review into serious consideration. In the past year of our living at Green Pines Apts we have had our neighbors throw their couch off their roof, found a gun case in our front yard, and actually had a teenager knock on MY door and try to sell me marijana. We had troubles with our bathroom and it took 4 phone calls to have them get it fixed.
