Maintenance has really improved. Been here 10 years.
You know when they say that sometimes when it sounds to good to be true it isint. Well, that is not the case with living at Green Pines. Not only is it extremely affordable, but a safe, clean and quiet complex to live in and the Managment has been helpful so far and seems like they stay on top of any issues that arise. Fortunately, I have not had any maintenance or neighbor issues. But if I do, I will update and respond appropriately. These are my pros and minimal cons below so far. Green Pines is quiet multi cultural, age, and disabilities, pet friendly complex. I've been here for 13 years. In that time I've seen many improvements and the current owners are open to suggestions. They respond quickly to maintenance issues.
Living at Green Pine Apartments has been a great experience. The maintenance team is always quick, helpful, and professional, and management truly cares about the residents. The property is well kept, peaceful, and overall a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend!
