This Agency is a peace of BM and I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with incompetent staff. It took 6weeks for my brother to get wound supplies and only brought 1 week worth of supplies. Carmen the receptionist failed to send orders to the appropriate doctor which delayed his care. The staff that answers the phone refused to pass me to a supervisor to voice my concerns of the lack of visits.
