Horrible! I notified this company I lost my job and needed to cancel the contract. they waited 2 months to process it and did not perform any services during that time which they are required to do if my contract is active. They are now charging me for the extra months they waited even when no services were rendered. They have told me I should be happy bc they could have refused to cancel my contract at all and I'd have to pay an additional 500, so I should pay the debt, and if I don't they will send me to collections.
