We recently had a sudden issue with fire ants in the house. Jacob has gone out of his way (twice) to help us with this issue. He was here originally for a termite warranty quote. When I mentioned the ants, he immediately asked if he could help. He inspected, told me what they were and applied bait. Then I contacted him when the ants started appearing in a different part of the house.
