Jennifer and her team at Green Peak Management define professionalism. Our community has had an incredible experience with Green Peak from the moment I called to inquire about their services for our community. Every single charge is documented in our online portal, so there are no questions about what charges are for. Their fees are also competitive and reasonable. I've worked with REALLY bad property management companies, so Jennifer and her team at Green Peak have been a DREAM to work with. I highly recommend them!
Horrible service. Did not take care of what they said they would. I.e. They wanted to add extra fees for removing weeds after multiple layers of mulch. The whole purpose and with correct landscaping, there shouldn’t be weeds after mulch is properly done. There were other issues as well that did not add up based on the charges and/or attempted added fees. I’d recommend avoiding.
Green Peak has done outstanding job managing our development over the past 5 years.
I have reached out to their office on several different occasions. No one has EVER answered one call and they never return phone calls. I will be calling them yet again.... this happens every time. I've also noticed the maintenance fees are higher for my rowhome than the last management company. I have multiple rentals and would never recommend this group.
I was a renter with them a few years ago and after moving to a different part of town and renting with one of the bigger property mgmt groups in Denver I felt compelled to come back and rate green peak. They were super respectful of me, the renter and very fair but more so this review is for those looking for a property mgmt group - these guys were super responsive to any maintenance issues and security issues and really seemed to care about the places they are over vs some of the bigger guys that clearly cared just about pr... read more
