Our townhouse community recently moved to Green Peak and everything about the transfer was easy and pleasant. We had an unusually high water bill and Green Peak worked through the issues and Denver Water refunded the excess water usage due to a toilet issue in one of the units. They are prompt when responding to issues and actually come out to the property to lay eyes on the issues. Definitely recommend!
Green Peak Management has done an excellent job managing our HOA landscaping. The area is consistently well maintained, and their landscaping crews take great care in keeping the yards looking beautiful. They stay on top of weed removal and always make sure dirt, dust, and debris are blown out of the driveways and surrounding areas, leaving the neighborhood looking clean and inviting.
