When I moved into this place there was a sock in lieu of a lock. When my roommate moved out after one year they never collected the keys and still refused to replaced the locks. All the appliances were outdated and in poor condition. This being said the washing machine and refrigerator broke. I was left without a washing machine for two months and without a fridge for 4 months. The land lady eventually provided a mini fridge that she expected me to lift out of her car.
