I’ve reported the noise issue to management over twenty times, and it’s still not fixed. The upstairs neighbor runs, jumps, and vacuums at 1–2 a.m. You can feel the washing machine and dryer vibrating through the ceiling, and they sometimes argue loudly between 1 and 3 a.m. You can even hear their conversations clearly through the ceiling — including what they are talking about. Really an awesome place to live. The building is always spotless, maintenance is attentive, and the overnight security keeps things nice and quiet at night. The staff is also really down to earth and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I’ll be sharing my experience of an ongoing noise complaint that management repeatedly fails to resolve. I moved here at the end of May and since then, i have been experiencing a bass sound vibrating from an adjacent room. And this persists for hours, nearly everyday.
