Very good property manager in Boston. Always treat with respect. Maintenance is quick as well. Suggested to use. English not good but want to help leave them a review.
I was a tenant of their property over 15 years ago when they were k and l. Its funny, my cousin moved to boston for school and needed help finding a place to live, I had to search but I found them and they were able to help my cousin find a place in two days. The place was spacious and came with a parking spot and fully renovated.the utilities were included as well. I'm a trustee of a building in boston. We have a lot of deferred maintenance and some difficult residents. Green ocean has always been professional and patient and willing to help. Note this is from the tenant perspective, I lived in an apartment with this company managing it back in 2022 and now I have had a few experiences in other places I have some things to share. First of all, I strongly advise you avoid living in an apartment associated with this company. Jarrett Lau has had to rebrand this organization several times, they have done business for years with periodic name changes to escape bad reviews.
