You need Green Ocean Property Management Boston, trust me. Being a landlord used to be a nightmare, but these guys? They're magic. Problems disappear fast, and my place is always rented for top dollar. Seriously, they're the best thing that's happened to my property.
Note this is from the tenant perspective, I lived in an apartment with this company managing it back in 2022 and now I have had a few experiences in other places I have some things to share. Money hungry company that does not care about its tenants. Did not do anything to address security breaches in the building, including packages being stolen daily and unhoused people sleeping in the basement. Refused to install security cameras. Left the keys to our unit in an unlocked lockbox in the public alley, giving anyone access. I lived on the 7th floor and the elevator would break down at least once a week for the 2 years I lived there.
