Check out the yelp reviews. These are misleading. I could not imagine having a worse experience with a property management company than dealing with this company. Though I'm a tenant, even as an owner this would be horrible. They contract all their work overseas so it's likely a cheaper option, but when I had mice infestation issues in my building, they sent a handyman to address it. 😂. Property value surely declined due to the negligence of this management company. BEWARE!
