These homes are lovely! Well thought out and built.
We have lived in our home in West Point for 8 months. The whole process was so much easier than we imagined. Everyone from Green Oak, Mohrfeld and Building Materials were awesome to work with, we would definitely do it all over again. Thank you for a great home!!!
After living in our completely custom designed home for 2 months I have nothing but love for Green Oak and their staff! I was able to combine floor plans that I hunted for online and get exactly what I wanted. I was able to chose every detail and they bent over backwards to make my Pinterest dreams come true. I have lived in a Green Oak house for about 18 months now. I still love everything about my home. The location is great, a lovely neighborhood that is close to much of FM but not too busy. My open floor plan is beautiful and I find it both cozy and functional. Michael and his crews are always more than willing to help if I have questions or concerns. Moving to a new town was a large step and looking back, buying this home was the best part! Thanks Green Oak!

I think this is the best thing to happen to fort madison in so long. Yes, construction causes dirt and debris, but its all for a good cause. This increases the value of homes around the area. Ave E also has been torn up due to construction and the grass will be reseeded by the city. Progress happens and we should all be appreciative of green oak development for helping grow fort madison.
