My husband and I were on a rare date night last night. He ordered the cheesesteak and I ordered the bff. We sat outside and waited 30 MINUTES! Then when the food finally did arrive my sandwich was cold and the fries were so salty they were inedible! I asked the girl at the counter to heat up my food. She said "can I get him to make you something else?" To which I replied " no we had to wait 30 min for this, I don't wanna do that again. " she told me she would rush it. We got here 45 minutes ago after the rush and one couple in front of us. When I went in to say we have been waiting 45 minutes the girl who took our order said that's normal... sorry that is not normal too many people standing around not doing much!!!
This is my go to "fast food" place. All vegetarian/vegan foods. My favorite is the Big Wac....really does taste like a Big Mac but better. Fountain drinks are house made lemonades, limeades etc. and other juices in large dispensers. For dessert go next door to Nami for great vegan desserts.

We had the buffalo "wings" and they were exactly the taste I wanted. We then split a "burger" with fries and THAT was better than any beef burger I remember. Who knew? The place is clean, people are friendly and the food actually looks like someone took the time to prepare it and not from a package. There is a worker in a yellow shirt and jean shorts cleaning the tables around me. The cleaner smells like mint, clean and not full of chemicals.
