This is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. First two layers of application was wildly uneven and bumpy. I asked to please change the color and redo it. She swiped off the uncured gel with a towel and tried to apply the new color directly over it! I was uncomfortable, unhappy, mystified of this absolutely substandard care and left.

$100 for this set. I showed a reference photo, and the final result doesn’t reflect the level of detail and shape I expected for that cost.

I went in on a Sunday around noon, for a gel manicure/pedicure. I saw that there were a couple of people waiting and I asked how long the wait would be. I was told 30 minutes, so i agreed to wait and sat down to get my feet soaked. Over an hour later i was finally seen, I had to ask if my pedicure water could be refilled since it was cold by this point.
