My husband and I rented with JCM for 5 years. During our time in Vermont, they made our stay memorable. Their building maintenance was top notch, they were always responsive and fixed every issue we had without delay. Special shoutout to property manager, Chrys Peck, the two Mikes, and to owner Jason Cooper himself who was always helpful and present. We highly recommend renting with them!

I have rented an apt with Jason Cooper Management and it was a very good experience. When I first moved in it was the holidays and the fridge was loaded with food and it stopped working. I called Chrys and right away Jason came over to fix it for me! I’ve been there for two years and any issues are handled promptly. The other tenants were quiet and friendly. I am and have been a tenant with Jason Cooper Property Management for 2+ years now and just recently signed the lease for another year. I'd give no stars if I could! All about the money! That's what she said when we moved in and she meant it! Kris told us we were getting our security deposit back, stepped out the door and she kept it! We had 1 burner stove and a leaky fridge for over 5 months and the fridge didn't even work when we left! Jason is a nice guy but Kris is too big for her britches!
