My husband and I rented with JCM for 5 years. During our time in Vermont, they made our stay memorable. Their building maintenance was top notch, they were always responsive and fixed every issue we had without delay. Special shoutout to property manager, Chrys Peck, the two Mikes, and to owner Jason Cooper himself who was always helpful and present. We highly recommend renting with them!

I have rented an apt with Jason Cooper Management and it was a very good experience. When I first moved in it was the holidays and the fridge was loaded with food and it stopped working. I called Chrys and right away Jason came over to fix it for me! I’ve been there for two years and any issues are handled promptly. The other tenants were quiet and friendly.
