We stayed a single night here on a New England road trip and instantly regretted not being able to stay longer! A beautiful historic hotel with super friendly and helpful staff and superb facilities. The pool area is lovely, rooms are spacious and car parking plentiful. We had a great meal at the hotel restaurant as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Looking forward to coming back some day to get our white Christmas!
The rooms feel like they're from the year 2000. Donna was extremely rude to me while checking out. I found pubic hair on the floor upon arrival. The front desk manager was one of the more unprofessional individuals I have encounter in my 25 years as a hospitaly professional. Monique was so patient with me. She was able to so assess and address my ADA needs appropriately. The hotel group that manages this property has dropped the ball.
