Technician was 45 late in arriving. Tech did an incomplete and poor job. Tech left lights on and panels off my furnace. Tech appeared unknowledgeable and became hostile when questioned about why he did such a poor job. Office personnel refused to put me through to a manager to voice my complaints. Never using this company again. I suggest no one does.
