When we first had Green Mountain come out to our business to paint our warehouse and the doors of our office, everything looked pretty good. As we looked closer, we discovered that instead of matching trim color they just painted it a different color. So now our awnings do not match since they matched the trim color. Chose this contractor for exterior paint to our house due to positive experience of a neighbor and because he had the lowest bid out of three estimates. There was a delay in receiving the bid, but once accepted the job started right away. Owner Ian Green provided family teams of 2-3 and completed the job quickly. Ian is detail oriented and brought back the team for touch up in subtle areas before an invoice was submitted. We first used Green Mountain to install Christmas Lights at our home and the service was amazing, so we gave them a call again when we were putting our rental property on the market. The house had been a rental for over decade and severely needed an overhaul. Green Mountain once again went above and beyond - they painted every surface, interior trim, walls, ceilings, and cabinets and exterior and deck staining as well. Won't answer the phone or answer emails. Quote for an interior paint job was astronomically expensive (3X the competition). In response to Green Mountain's reply to my review, I did email and try to call Green Mountain every day for three days after they came to the house to estimate the job. Nobody answered the phone (I left voicemails) and none of my voicemails or emails were replied to until I finally got the estimate via email.
