Sarah helped us with a STUV insert which went into a very tight space. She was very helpful with the design and laying out our options. Jim and his crew handled permitting and the installation professionally and in a timely manner.
Excellent selection and willing to help best meet your needs and requests. Jim was very helpful during the sale process and Sarah was great afterwards. The destination Vermont fireplace needs. We picked a Stuv 16/78z with a custom venting solution.
Very disappointed. One of the Sarah’s there is nice, but watch out for the other one! She is in some serious need of people skills. Was going to order ledge stone from them, but will look else where.
This place is the pits, can't believe they have any business given their poor service.
The owners are very nice. They work with several non-profits in the community and that is commendable. Considering buying an upgrade from them.
Botched install on sealed fireplace doors. Several calls and emails to them. They stopped responding. They admitted it wasn't what I ordered. I have another company fixing it now. I would avoid them. It's to bad as I was going to be buying a stuv (not cheap) from them but now getting from someone else.
